Hi, our group was suppose to fly on 09/04/2020 which is just Wednesday and so far i havent had any contact from TeleText. My TT reference is TT773758....i have been trying to contact them via their App or via calling them but no luck. when you call them they clearly saying they not taking any calls and use online chat service. when you go online chat service....its doesnt work.....so not sure how to contact them......they are one of the respected travel companies but...now dont really know what to do say to them....I am also getting request to check into to the Airport on a flight that’s cancelled & a resort that’s closed
