If I could give a minus rating I would. I cancelled my holiday nearly a month ago and have been promised on 4 occasions I would receive a call back to discuss my refund, this has not happened. I then lodged a formal complaint asking for receipt confirmation of my email within the 48 hours mentioned on their complaints procedure, this did not happen - I chased response after 72 hours and copied in the managing director who responded to sau that I would receive a response within 28days of when my holiday was supposed to go ahead (26th May) this is not acceptable to wait 3 months for a refund for a holiday I won’t be going on.
I will be reporting this company to the retail and travel ombudsman and I suggest that no one uses this company to book a holiday.
