Please do not book with this company!!!
We booked to go to Vegas 23/03/20 flying British Airways and staying in the Luxor. We had a hard time during the booking as one of the guests fell ill and couldn’t travel, we asked about name changes and were told this wasn’t possible(fine). I booked a separate flight with BA for someone else to travel to make up the foursome as this was a gift for my sons 21st.
Cut to the flights being cancelled amid this terrible virus! BA emailed me on the 21st March to say my flight had been cancelled and asked how I would like to proceed, I rang them and although I had to wait 30 mins(understandable) to get through to them they issued my refund for my flight I’d booked direct with them and the money was in my account within 2 days. I asked them about the refund on my package holiday that I’d booked with Teletext and was told I would have to deal with them 😔 We waited till the 27th to see if Teletext would tell us that our holiday had been cancelled 4 days after we were due to have flown, Nothing!
We then tried contacting them via phone and had much the same as most of the other reviews on here, rude, 24-48hrs and so on. We have emailed them repeatedly with no reply! On Live chat( when it works) to be told that yes our holiday has been cancelled 😂😂 please give them 24-48hrs
I have to say when we have been able to get through on live chat they have been evasive and mostly cut us off
Please do not book with this company! I am looking for a way to report them and hope they never trade again( sorry that sounds very bitter)
Still no refund and no closer to finding out if they will give us one
