My friend and I were due to fly to Portugal 29.03.2020. This was cancelled due to the government guidelines. After calling several times, being told by one call handler we would receive a refund we are still waiting for any contact.
We have used the chat system and not received any more information I am extremely disappointed that such a well known company would not look after their customers.
Prior to this I had been praising teletext for how well organized they had been in booking the trip we wanted. I'm saddened that I wont be anymore.
