I have been offered coupon which expire on the 31st December 2020. I specifically requested a full cash refund back to my card but this request has been continually ignored, ATOL have not done very much to help me either what is their use in all of this , somebody tell me pls.
Teletext or Truly Travel whatever they call themselves should pay me back or they will never receive my business again , I have travelled with them since 2012, no more if I don’t receive a Cash refund!!!
