Same story as everybody else. Teletext trying to fob us off with a credit note.
If anyone is reading this review then I urge you to pay an £80 cost for a small claims court hearing. Teletext/Truly travel have broken the law by refusing refunds within 14 days so don't have a leg to stand on. This is my next course of action
