Still no help or information from Teletext holidays about my cancelled holiday due to covid and no travel restrictions!!!
! Just to let u know I was due to go on holiday at the end of February no refund no e mails I've now had to go through my bank as I can't even. Contact atol absolutely disgusting .quick to take our cash but not so quick at returning it ?? We were told working the way through refunds in departure dates ?????nearly in may and nothing
