Avoid this company. Thomas Cook went bust 23rd September, I did not receive my £1300 owed until 15th Feb,despite contacting them on several occasions.
I re-booked with Jet 2 and got my money back within 4 days due to covid 19.
This shows the shoddyness of Teletext Holidays. Nearly 5 months to get my money back!! Disgusting!!
