Teletext terms and conditions state that you can cancel your holiday for a full CASH refund if the country you're going to has an infectious disease. When i asked teletext online chat about my rights around cancelling my holiday i was told i would be liable for cancellation charges. I sent them a screenshot of their terms and conditions stating this and they continued to tell me i would be liable. Emailed the customer relations team to have my emails ignored. I then received an email from the airline cancelling my flight, yet when i asked teletext the status of my flight they told me it was still live. I told them i had email confirmation of the cancellation from the airline for them to still tell me it was live. After a few minutes i managed i got the agent to admit they knew my flight was cancelled, so they had just lied to me repeatedly. They are also point blank refusing to give refunds! Credit notes or rebooking only. Also after a lot of negative reviews suddenly positive reviews have started popping up on trustpilot probably from the call centre in india, as they have suddenly closed their london office and sealed off the letterbox. Probably so they can claim to be oblivious of all the court proceedings being put in place against them.Dreadful, awful and unlawful company, this was the first time id booked with these criminals it will definitely be the last! (If they survive after the way they are treating people)
