Terrible company, even worse customer service. If you want to talk about a refund, you will struggle to get someone to listen to you. If you phone to book a holiday, you’ll get straight through.
I am legally entitled to a full refund, yet this company is avoiding this.
I do not want a credit note! I want a full refund. Disgusting and illegal practises being enforced at teletext.
I will never use this company again. If you are thinking about using them, DONT. If you still owe a final payment, do not pay it.
