Refusing to refund my holiday and withholding money refunded by EasyJet. Breaking the law and deserve to be charged with theft. Useless and incompetent call centre staff with cut and paste answers hiding unscrupulous and greedy directors who have stolen money from thousands of customers.
No refund yet, but ill see them in court for refund, interest and fees!
