My holiday was in March, they called me on departure day to say i would be refunded. I live chatted them today, then they called me to explain why there is not refund being processed until July 31st...... made no sense at all so i asked them to email the details but they will not put it in writing or talk about it in the chat....... a manager is calling me ?
