COVID19 holiday nightmare. Trip 20 March. No refund, generic emails, no commns. phone lines taken down, live chat taken down. they do not even rate a 1 Star. They are rude, send out generic emails which is frustrating at best. The company head office sealed its mailbox hoping to not get served court summons, shipped their ops out to India, and there is no sense in conversations IF they phone you, but that will only be to tell you to pay your balance. They will also not let you cancel your holiday which is in their T&Cs happy to lose deposit not wanting to risk not getting any money back. THEY POINT BLANK REFUSE TO CANCEL. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
