ABSOLUTELY APPALLING customer service. They are ILLEGALLY holding £1,959 of my money and refuse to provide me with any information as to if/when I will get my money back.
They send automated email responses to my complaints. Absolutely despicable way to treat their customers. I have no choice but to take legal action against them as they refuse to speak to me.
