They are thieves, refusing to issue refund. They quote ATOL and TTA guidance that does not exist in the hope that I will accept this.
DO NOT BOOK A HOLIDAY WITH THIS COMPANY - GO TO YOUR LOCAL TRAVEL AGENT WHERE YOU CAN SEE SOMEONE FACE-TO-FACE.
