I’ve had all the standard paragraph rubbish as well as jimmy saying there’s nothing more he can do numerous times. Then been told to contact you via the chat link that I’ve done numerous times prior. Only this time no ones answers. Now I’m told and asked again to give my booking details but this time by Janet I think. Which I have and again no response. I will state again your breaking the law. It’s been stated on Martin Lewis as well as numerous tv programs. I don’t want another holiday as there all inflated prices. I don’t want a credit note as I need the money now to get through this Covid 19 pandemic. Give me back what is mine please.
