My niece booked with this company.first problem we were going to turkey.Thomas cook collapsed and teletext managed to get 11 of us another airline which was easyJet they wanted another £160.00 each for eleven people which we paid. Corona virus came and tried to claim all our money we had paid and more or less told me to go and get fucked.
That is what was said by service centre in India.
Terrible customer service.
I hope at least they should be ashamed of yourselves and get prosecuted from fraud and theft.
