This is not a company, it is a racketeer outfit. They care about their customers they say. YOU come first they say. Well, they care about you so much that they refuse to obey the law and refund you your holiday money that you paid in good faith. They throw a voucher/credit note at you and tell you they can do nothing else. They refuse to answer your emails, your calls take hours to be answered before they fob you off with any excuse and hang up. Live chat...Ha Ha ha (Go Try) Facebook messenger will give you some great excuses for that voucher. They are refusing to pay people back while they wait to see if this virus situation worsens. If it does they will declare themselves bankrupt and pocket your money. They care not one tiny bit about any of their customers and the staff handing out the excuses will lose their jobs when this so called company do a runner. They are con artists. As if anyone would trust them by using that voucher. You should complain about them to trading standards and Which if they have ripped you off.
