“Teletext holidays have stolen my money!!!!
Holiday cancelled due to Covid-19, 2 months ago! They refused to give us a full refund and was very rude and aggressive on the phone when we called.
They owe me and my family a refund of £740 and £660.
I have clearly asked for a refund multiple times when I contacted them, but they just say no.
I do not want a credit note, I want my money back.
If you do not want to be fleeced by corporate thieves, avoid teletext holidays!!
