Was due to fly 8th April they keep fobbing me off and won’t call me back, they are now saying they can’t speak to me as I am not the lead passenger which I am I am shocked to be honest. They owe us £6762 I will never use them again after this. If there was some decent service I wouldn’t panick as much but I can’t rebook anywhere because of their terrible service.
