Shocking customer service shocking company teletext should be ashamed of themselves there just ripping people off the tui have transferred my credit note back in cash to the teletext bank account sent me proof of this with the last 4 digits of the long card number now I'm being told I cannot get a refund and that tui are saying the wrong information I'm now in contact with an ambudsman that hopefully going to help me with this matter...
