Took my money, Covid happened. Teletext kept my money! I am now out of pocket for almost £1500 which is a lot of money for a single parent.
I have asked numerous times for a refund, I had been meant to fly on April 2nd, it's now May 22nd and I STILL have not had a refund. Thieving company.
Exceptionally poor customer service. I am disgusted by them.
