I am really disappointed with the service I have received. I was first refused a refund, and I don’t understand why. I have emailed now and received no reply so therefore if I do not receive no further reply, I will be forced to take legal action and contact the financial ombudsman services as this is ridiculous. You have lost a loyal customer!!!!
