This company during Covid are an absolute disgrace. I was offered a refund by airline accepted and confirmed back to Teletext. They say they are waitng for supliers to refund. Really they do not pay the hotels until after your trip and that can take them up to 60 days to pay them, so in fact they lie. They are holding onto airline money, they no paid hotel, so holding on to my money and they are no intention of giving a refund. They are trying to get us to rebook and them hike up the cost. I got mymoney back thru bank and they had the cheek the a couple of days later to call me and asked if I wish to book a holiday with them at a discount. They would have to pay me to take a holiday and even then no so sure I would go. They are awful. I hope Direct Wayne remembers all these customers he has shunned and that there are a lot of people who will never book with them again. I certainly will make sure that all the people I know never use them after this fiasco.
