I have been a customer of Teletext holidays for many years now and always use them for my holidays. But this pandemic has shown how bad a company they are. They are one of the worst companies when it comes to refunds. My holiday was cancelled in April. They kept on offering vouchers which I declined many times. I want a cash refund as I am entitled to by law. I am still waiting. It is now june no refund and no updates. I'm pretty sure Jet2 have refunded them the flight money but they wont give back to the customers. I will never book with them again. They have lost a very loyal customer.
