I would like a full cash refund please as I will not be travelling this year due to my son having a heart condition and is vulnerable to coronavirus and my parents being over 70 who where in the party booking.
I am entitled to a full cash refund and do not want a credit note.
Just as an add on, I am a loyal customer who has booked several holidays with you. So with this in mind, I would hope that you provide a cash refund.
