Like everyone else here Teletext have not refunded me a penny.
Jet2 have told me that they have refunded the funds to Teletext but Teletext keep denying this and have stopped replying.
When you do get through to someone its a person sitting in India .
Who are very rude and speak with you with attitude.
I feel this company will soon be applying for liquidation so they are trying to run away with everyone's money.
I will not be supporting these guys again or those who have call centres in India.
