You kept taking my money even tho you knew my hotel was closed until November 1st 2020.
You still haven’t cancelled my holiday and I’m due to fly out Sunday morning 5th July
I called the hotel and they told me that they had told you about the hotel closure so why couldn’t you find me an alternative or cancel my holiday and send me back my refund.
You are the worst holiday company I have ever booked with.
Never ever again.
