Shocking customer service was supposed to fly June 10th had to constantly chase them for money back via live chat as I’ve given up ringing them over an hour I’ve waited on hold for line to go dead ... all they do it just try fob me off with a credit note they told me I’ll get money back end of September when I want a cash refund now!! This was the first time I’d used teletext never will I use them again.... Booking reference TT781232 ... Andrew Mays
