Was meant to be departing for Greece 11/06/20.I have made numorous calls holding on for hours at a time.no response to 12 emails.
I was told on the one occasion i managed to get through they will start processing refunds from June in October.I asked them to confirm this by email.they didnt.
Customer service is disgusting.they are deceitful and rip people off.Trading standards should be looking in to this company.DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM.I WANT MY 600 pounds back.
