I Know everyone knows that we are in an unpresented time
But why is TELETEXT keeping the money of so many people surly they are not use COVD-19 as an excuses
Every time we ring you can almost hear the operators laughing
And then they transfer you to another department we was on hold for 2hrs the other day
Surely this is against the law / human nature
TELETEXT do not say pay the balance off when you want when you book a holiday
We will never ever be using this company ever again
3 months and still waiting for our refund
