Such bad customer service!
Took my money knowing that we weren’t able to go on holiday as the hotel was closed and restrictions applied while reassuring us that we would be able to go! Dishonest and extremely bad practice!
Once they have your money, they do not care! They have refused to issue a refund dispute miss-selling the holiday.
They will literally stick you on hold for hours and then hang up the phone!
Airline has now cancelled flights and we still haven’t heard from them!
