what a farce! After booking a family holiday for July 2020 for Morocco and it being cancelled on 3rd July I am yet to get sense out of teletext as to when my funds will be refunded.
They break consumer law and their staff are rude and nonchalant about large amounts of consumer money being held unlawfully. Do not touch this company with a barge pole!
