These guys are your beat friend before you book after that customer service is non existent. You can’t get through to them, when you do you get cut off more than half the time and the never ever call you back even though they promise. They have taken an extra £500 for my holiday and it’s been 2 months they have still not refunded. I have been promised call backs and over social media but this company is a joke. Stay well away.
