Holiday in september, email from teletext saying the hotel has been closed due to covid, and they have moved us to another hotel, asked us to review the new hotel and let them know if we are happy with the move, funny thing is the hotel they claim we are booked into is not the hotel we booked into, and the hotel we are booked into is open my wife sister lives in an apartment in same hotel, which is why we were going there and it is not closed.
i have tried numerous time to contact them on the phone, they do not answer, spent hours on hold, as other people have said if you phone sales they pick up 1st ring.
sent email to support got a reply in 2 days saying they would phone me back, 2 weeks later still not heard from them.
Will never use Teletext gain, appaling customer support service, well actually they dont have a customer support service, just a sales department.
