I've been waiting for refund for our replacement honeymoon after been left in stranded in Turkey by teletext holidays and easyjet. We paid for emergency flight home to east midlands airport hire a car to get us to gatwick. I've emailed, live chatted 100s of times. They promise to pay refund which easyjet has confirmed they gave paid to teletext holidays even providing me with last 4 digits of teletext holidays credit card. Worst of all they keep sending me message via messager that I should be more understanding as they are working in a parademic situation (I do know I'm a nhs frontline worker!!!!). I'm approx £700 down. I have now had to do a small claim court claim because that is the only way I can get my money back. Shame on you teletext holidays frontline worker having to fight for their monies back. Ignoring all emails including wayne perks.
