Never will I book a holiday with teletext again. We have paid over £10,400 on a group booking holiday to Portugal, easyJet had cancelled our flights, o have emails from them stating I am entitled to a full refund. No one answers the phone, when they eventually do they are rude and obnoxious, they pressure you in booking another holiday with a credit note. I want a full cash refund issued back, which I am entitled too. How this company is still trading i do not know!. Something needs to be done about this.
