If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I've used On The Beach for over 10 years. This was my first experience using Teletext - NEVER AGAIN!!!! I am in despair!! Our best friends wedding has been cancelled in Zante in September due to Covid-19 but I have been calling and emailing Teletext to postpone our holiday to the new date of the wedding next year as wont be able to afford to go twice. I have received no response to any of my emails and I'm on hold circa 40 minutes every time I call only for it to cut off their end. I am so desperate to get hold of them. I will be heartbroken if I cant go to my friends wedding next year and have to go to Zante for no reason in September.
