I booked a holiday last year for the end of July 2020, I was advised by Jet2 a month ago that the flights were cancelled. I have had no communication at all from Teletext about the cancelled flights and so it is lucky that I received the communication I did from Jet2.
Teletext continue to send me emails about my holiday advising me to check in, which terminal to use etc.
Teletext have even personally replied to my emails brazenly informing me that my flights are going ahead, which is an utter lie.
Jet2 have confirmed a refund has been processed 3 weeks ago, as it stands I am nearly £2000 down and have not seen a penny from Teletext.
The wait to speak to someone at the contact centre varies between 2 and 3 hours but always with the same result, as soon as you query a refund the call is disconnected.
Teletext, the best thing would be for you to go bust so that I can claim via ABTA, my only other option currently is to go via the small claims court, something I have never had to do before.
Avoid this company at all costs.
