Really really poor. Actually the worst I’ve ever seen. Customer service and lies told are unbelievable and cannot get refund from cancelled flight and accommodation booked for March, Despite sending numerous emails. Very few reply’s. was told lies that I would get refund after waiting hrs to speak to customer care who are very unhelpful and have very poor English
