Where do you actually start with these absolute morons. They call you to say your refund is being processed to stop you writing reviews!! Customer service is zilch, they have had my refund from easyjet but are still not refunding. YOU ARE THIEFS!! My hotel has never been paid for so you have nearly £1200 of my money. AVOID AT ALL COST. PAY YOUR CUSTOMERS BACK.
