Disgusting customer service all is well whilst booking the holiday they will pick up quickly.
But when it comes to calling customer service you will be told you will get a call back after two days I got fed up and started calling it has now been two weeks with no one picking up no one responding to my emails I have been on the phone line for up to 58 minutes at a time desperate to get through.
The online chat server doesn’t work so there is no way of getting through you’ll call sales who put you through.
My concern is do they deal at all with customer service as after two weeks of being unable to get hold of someone surely that means no one is working on that end.
I understand this may be due to COVID but it needs to be announced I will never ever ever book with them again I’m surprised they are still legally allowed to run.
