Just another one star review that deserves 0. Absolutely shocking customer service. Hold queues for hours only to be hung up on or passed back into the queue system.
Was due to fly mid August, changed the flight to sept '21 and told confirmation would be sent in a week. Received nothing. After speaking to these morons they have no confirmation and still think I'm flying in August after robbing me of even more money to change to next year. Will never be using again
