Had holiday booked for May 2020. Paid balance 31st March 2020. They cancelled my holiday 23rd April 2020 and told my I could take a credit note and claim a try after 31st July 2020. Still not got my refund. Iām now being told to wait until 31st August 2020. This is not acceptable. I want a refund and am considering going to a solicitor. Really angry and will never advise anyone to book through them or use them myself again š”š”š”š”š”
