I like many others booked a holiday which was cancelled in April. Told apply for money 31st July, done so, no email confirmation nothing..seems some people have hot a reply 31st Aug. One word JOKE, of a company. Think its time for legal action, solicitor followed by filling for a court order and let the sheriffs get my money back plus expenses. Seeing as how they have breached consumer rights on several levels, by not providing refund within legal guidelines...
