Had holiday cancelled in June due to Covid , initially told would get credit note, still not recieved, also told that could get money back in September if credit note not used , no use , need money refunded , Have been informed by Ryan air that they have refunded to you the price of our flights , so why cant i get that back .
I have tried to call and been hung up on 14 separate occassions , how can you resolve stuff if you wont even talk to people. my Reference number is TT782486, please can I have response from a person and your standard Bot responses
