Hi, I have contacted you many times, by ringing and sending emails. Don’t know what to do anymore. I’m trying to get a refund on holiday that you have cancelled. I have been ignored on multiple occasions. I don’t know what to do anymore. I was promised a full refund after 31st of July. Nobody is trying to help me. How do I get my money back? If I won’t hear from you till end of this week I will take this further. It’s a joke. Soon as I say I want my money back I’m being put on hold and nobody is getting back to me.
