I have rebooked my holiday that was cancelled due to covid. I was then sent numerous emails telling me that I still owe money when I was told on re booking that everything was paid for. The flight that I have been sold doesnt exist and over the last month I have made 20+ calls to them. Each call has a hold time of between 45 mins to over an hour. On at least 6 of these occasions I have been cut off when the call is answered meaning I have had to call again and be on hold again. on the occasions where the call has been answered iv been promised a call back and never have I ever been called back. My holiday date is getting closer and this was my honeymoon and I have never known it to be so difficult to speak to someone who actually knows what they are doing or that can help me. I am so frustrated as my flight doesnt exist and I just want to rebook it for another date and no one can seem to help me. I am sick of being promised call backs that I never get. I have also filled out 3 online forms and done 4 online chats but never hear anything back. I have used Teletext 3 times before but after this experience I would never ever use them again and I would not recommend them to anyone. No holiday/honeymoon should be this stressful! TT790583
