Terrible service.
Holiday for the beginning of May cancelled due to Covid-19.. was told that we could apply for a full cash refund after the 31st July by emailing a specific email address. I have done this and still received no reply.
Company very quick to offer you a credit note to use by the end of the year - but no sign of the promised full refund.
I will not be using this company again or recommending to friends.
So frustrating when you work so hard for your money and trust in a company to look after you as a customer.
