Basically the same issue as everyone else. Cancelled holiday in May, no refund. My wife Was told by customer service we're not entitled to a refund after countless emails and calls.
Having to go down the charge back route.
Only positive I can take from this is they'll probably end up going bust. I won't be using them again aswell as many others
